Dear clients and future clients, in order to further improve your user experience and make your work as easy as possible in the client panel, we have made crucial changes, added new account security, such as two-step login, notifications where you have complete insight into whatever changes are made to any account at any time.
Two levels of reporting
Two levels of registration is an option in the client panel, that is, in the option to change your profile, where you can activate it and at each registration you will be asked for a six-digit code that will be sent to your email address.
What does that actually mean?
It's literally an extra level of protection, even someone who has your password can't log into your account unless they have a six-digit code (provided protection is activated, of course). The only way for him to log into your account in that case is if he has access to your email address.
Notifications?
We have also added notifications where your every action and change is recorded and you can see when and at what time any changes were made to your account or service with us.
Accounts
Until now, there was the creation of accounts, which is still available now, of course, but there was no option to download accounts from the client panel, which we have now enabled, as well as direct payment of unpaid bills. You also have options for filtering accounts by various criteria to make it easier for you to find the account you want.
Client panel
The entire client panel was literally made from scratch, although it resembles the old one in terms of options, but that only reminds, while security has been raised to a much higher level and more options have been added.
We have added the English language option as we have received clients from all over the world due to the recommendation of our existing clients.
On the right side, you will see motivational messages so that we can succeed at least a little to motivate you additionally for successful and better work so that together we can reach new and bigger goals.
At this stage, we will be able to add additional options and new payment options more easily and quickly.
Under construction
The option to create teams is under construction, where you will be able to add people who will also have access to it for a particular service. This is especially convenient for developers who can add their client to receive an invoice or for a client to authorize a developer to have access to a hosting account. It will significantly facilitate the control and the work of everyone.
Why isn't it posted yet?
It's not because we were short on time to launch this new client panel and meet deadlines. After everything was done, we had to leave ten days for testing and trying out all parts of the new client panel and simulating various types of situations.
