This option is very important to be turned on especially when serving dynamic pages and requiring repeated base calls. When the page is completely cached, then the service page is static and therefore this option is not used.
Turn this option ON.
The status must say Memcached Extension Enabled and Redis Extension Enabled and Connection Test: Passed as in the picture above.
Memcached and Redis are enabled on php version 7.3+.
Leave the rest of the options as default.
