Since the newer versions of FilaZilla there are some problems that usually happen when it comes to connecting to the server.
A practice that always works is the following:
FileZilla > File > Site Manager >
Host: ftp.yourdomain.rs
Protocol: FTP
Encryption: Use only plain FTP
Logon Type: Normal
Username: cPanel username
Password: cPanel password
