Abuse hosting

What does Abuse Hosting mean? In case your site hosted on our servers violates some rules. And that is to send spam or upload malicious codes or any illegal content or do illegal actions.

In the event that an official application was made by the data center where we rent servers or directly on our website, the procedure is as follows:

  • account control, whether the statements from the application are true, that your account really violates the rules
  • if this is true, temporary suspension of the account and contact of the owner of the hosting package, if the owner of the package does not respond within 24 hours, we will consider that he is aware of the violation of those rules and then a permanent suspension follows
  • if the owner of the hosting package responds within 24 hours with an explanation and a response to the complaint, then we will act in accordance with the rules and with further dialogue between the person who sent the complaint and the owner of the account, in which case it may result in the deletion of the disputed content if the content is in question or the suspension of the account if there was a violation of our rules

Please note that we are not a legal institution and that we cannot in any way determine whether someone is breaking the rules when it comes to registered names, patents and the like. Courts in our country and in the world are competent for all these and similar situations. If you have such complaints, you need to file a lawsuit against the person who violates your rights, because we cannot do anything with this abuse complaint.

The account will be suspended and the presentation will be removed only if you receive a final decision from the court that the person is violating your rights and the court requires the presentation to be removed.

Abuse domain

Please note that with domain abuse, as with hosting, we cannot establish whether someone is violating rules and patents or has registered a trademarked name. In this case, we can cancel the domain only if we receive a final judgment from the court that the domain is canceled or handed over to the owner who has the rights to it.
